WHO WE ARE

AHOUSE STUDIO is a new architecture studio based in Seattle. 

We are passionate about designing homes that celebrate everyday life.

We are dedicated to backyard cottage design and alternative housing solutions. We produce ready-to-permit architectural drawings and construction documentation. Our homes accommodate different family types, feature thoughtful design elements, and incorporate responsible and local building materials. To make them affordable, we maximize lot coverage and layout, create efficient floor plans and make them easy to build.

We believe that high quality architecture can be compatible with small, affordable homes.

WHAT WE OFFER

We offer the following services: ready-to-permit architectural drawing sets, construction documents, signature details and material lists, and personal customization. 

Our services do not include drawings and calculations from a registered structural engineer, but we coordinate with consultants during the development and permitting of each design. Civil engineering might also be required depending on specific site conditions.

AHOUSE STUDIO drawing Package

This package contains the architectural drawings and documentation required for permitting and construction of an AHOUSE STUDIO DADU, including our signature details and material lists. If you wish to customize part of the design or have us help you through the permit and construction process please get in touch and we can provide a price estimate for additional services.
